Terms of service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://uniquebowling.com (the “Site”), including its product-customization tools, customer accounts, saved designs, ordering functions, and related services, as well as purchases made from Unique Bowling.

The Site and Services are operated by Linxora LLC, doing business as Unique Bowling (“Unique Bowling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order. By accessing or using the Site, creating or saving a design, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your use of the Site and any purchase should be supervised or completed by a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, payment, and delivery information.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account;
  • Ensuring information submitted through your account is accurate; and
  • Promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

We may take reasonable measures to protect an account, order, or transaction if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or a security risk.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the Site or any purchased product for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or violate the rights of another person;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, another account, or any connected system;
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
  • Upload viruses, malware, malicious code, corrupted files, or other material intended to damage or obtain unauthorized access to a system;
  • Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected Site content or systems without authorization;
  • Circumvent security, ordering, payment, customization, or access controls; or
  • Use the Site in a manner that violates applicable law or these Terms.

3. Products, Specifications, and Availability

Product pages describe the available model, weight, design options, materials, certification status, and other specifications.

Product availability may change. A product option shown on the Site may become unavailable before an order is produced.

If an ordered model, weight, design option, or other material specification is unavailable, we may contact you to offer available options. We will not substitute a materially different weight, model, or design without your agreement.

We may add, remove, or update products and future product specifications at any time.

4. Prices and Currency

The currency and total amount displayed at checkout govern the applicable transaction, subject to discounts, taxes, delivery terms, import charges, and any obvious technical or listing error.

Depending on your location and our available market settings, prices may be displayed in U.S. dollars, Canadian dollars, or another supported currency.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge currency-conversion, cross-border, or other transaction fees. These third-party fees are not charged or controlled by Unique Bowling.

We may change product prices, promotions, and future policies at any time without prior notice. Changes apply prospectively and do not by themselves change the agreed price of an order we have already accepted.

5. Discounts and Promotional Codes

Unless the applicable promotion or checkout expressly permits otherwise, only one discount or promotional code may be used per order.

Discounts:

  • Apply only during the stated promotional period;
  • Are subject to their published eligibility conditions;
  • Have no cash value unless required by law;
  • Cannot be applied after purchase unless we expressly agree; and
  • May not be combined when the checkout or promotional terms do not permit combination.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You accept these Terms;
  • The order information is accurate;
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
  • You have reviewed the selected product specifications; and
  • For customized products, you have reviewed the submitted design, weight, and configuration and authorize production based on those order details.

All orders remain subject to payment verification, product availability, content review, fraud screening, and any technical review reasonably required to manufacture or fulfill the submitted order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary, including when:

  • A product or requested option is unavailable;
  • Payment cannot be authorized or verified;
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity;
  • Submitted content violates these Terms;
  • Producing the order could infringe third-party rights;
  • A price, specification, or listing contains a material error;
  • The order cannot reasonably be manufactured or fulfilled; or
  • A law, court, government agency, payment provider, or competent regulatory authority requires us to do so.

If we cancel an order or portion of an order that has not been produced or supplied, we will refund the corresponding amount paid, subject to these Terms, our Return and Refund Policy, and applicable law.

7. Restrictions on Customized Content

You must not upload, submit, request, transmit, or order customized products containing material that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, obscene, pornographic, sexually exploitative, abusive, threatening, menacing, defamatory, libelous, or excessively violent;
  • Promotes unlawful conduct or creates an unreasonable risk of harm;
  • Violates another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contractual, or other legal rights;
  • You are not legally entitled to reproduce, display, distribute, or use;
  • Contains malware, viruses, worms, corrupted data, malicious code, or files intended to damage or obtain unauthorized access to a system;
  • Imitates valid postage, currency, government identification, official seals, or government-issued indicia;
  • Is deceptive or falsely represents authorization, endorsement, certification, or affiliation; or
  • Otherwise violates applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

We may reject content or an order if we reasonably determine that the submitted material may violate these restrictions.

Where clearly disclosed and permitted by applicable law, we may charge a processing fee of up to US$10 for each image, graphic, or photograph submitted as part of an order that violates these content restrictions. This fee is intended to cover reasonable review or processing work and is not an authorization to submit prohibited content.

8. Public Figures, Teams, Brands, and Protected Images

We do not accept customized content featuring celebrities, professional athletes, public figures, sports teams, brands, characters, licensed artwork, logos, or other protected subjects, even if you claim to have authorization. We may reject such content or any other design at our discretion.

The fact that an image is available online does not mean that it is in the public domain or that you may reproduce it on a customized product.

We may:

  • Refuse content that presents a material infringement or legal risk;
  • Suspend production while content is reviewed; or
  • Cancel the affected portion of an order if the content is not accepted.

9. Your Rights and Responsibilities for Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights of any third party.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the submitted content or have all permissions necessary to use it;
  • The requested use does not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, moral, or other rights;
  • The content and requested product comply with applicable law; and
  • You are authorized to provide information, photographs, logos, names, and other material included in the design.

You are responsible for the legality of your submitted content and for claims resulting from your unauthorized use of third-party material.

Our agreement to manufacture a product does not mean that we endorse its content, confirm that the content is lawful, or guarantee that your use of the product will not infringe another person’s rights.

10. License Required to Fulfill Your Order

You grant Unique Bowling and the service providers involved in fulfilling your order a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Store and process submitted content;
  • Reproduce it for previews, production, and quality-control purposes;
  • Resize, crop, position, format, or otherwise adapt it as reasonably necessary for production;
  • Create production-ready files;
  • Transmit it to production, hosting, technology, and fulfillment partners;
  • Manufacture and deliver the requested product; and
  • Retain or use relevant files where reasonably necessary for customer service, warranty support, dispute resolution, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

This license is limited to providing the requested Services and addressing related operational or legal matters. It does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Production-format adjustments may be made as reasonably necessary to reproduce the submitted configuration. We will not make a material change to cropping, placement, orientation, color treatment, weight, or other material customization details without contacting you and obtaining your written agreement. Production may be paused if such an issue must be resolved before manufacturing can continue.

11. Public Marketing Use of Customer Content

Placing an order or uploading a design does not automatically authorize Unique Bowling to publicly use your private photographs or identifiable customized designs in advertising, social media, promotional galleries, or other public marketing.

We will obtain separate permission before using private photographs or identifiable customer designs for public promotional purposes.

12. Customer Responsibility for Designs

You are responsible for reviewing and selecting the intended:

  • Product model;
  • Weight;
  • Design and layout;
  • Spelling, names, dates, and wording;
  • Colors and patterns;
  • Image selection and placement;
  • Orientation and cropping; and
  • Other available customization options.

You are also responsible for providing images and artwork with sufficient quality and resolution for the requested product.

Unique Bowling remains responsible for manufacturing the product in accordance with the order specifications submitted and recorded with the order and applicable quality obligations. Customer responsibility for design choices does not excuse a product that materially differs from the submitted configuration because of a production error.

13. Digital Previews and Product Variations

Digital previews are intended to help visualize the customized product. Colors, appearance, scale, positioning, and perceived transparency may vary between a screen preview and the physical product.

Reasonable variations may result from:

  • Screen settings;
  • Lighting conditions;
  • Curved product surfaces;
  • Resin or coating characteristics;
  • Printing processes;
  • Material properties;
  • Refraction and transparency; and
  • Ordinary manufacturing tolerances.

We make reasonable efforts to match the design submitted with the order. Minor color or appearance variations that naturally result from the production process are not necessarily defects.

This section does not apply to a material production error, an incorrect product or weight, significant physical damage, or a product that materially fails to match the specifications submitted and recorded with the order.

14. Production Process and Production Updates

Customized products are produced specifically for the customer and may enter production after checkout is completed, payment is accepted, and the required order information has been received.

Due to the specialized manufacturing process required for custom bowling balls, production and quality control typically take approximately 15–20 business days to complete.

Within 15 business days of placing your order, we will provide photographs and/or a video showing your custom bowling ball in production or completed, so you can follow the progress of your order.

These materials are provided as a production update. No action is required, and production and shipment will continue as scheduled.

The production update does not reopen or replace the design submitted with the order and is not a free redesign stage. Requests to change submitted artwork, text, layout, bowling-ball weight, or other customization details after the order is placed are not treated as production issues.

If you notice a production issue or a material difference from the submitted design, please contact us promptly before the order enters shipment preparation. We will investigate discrepancies that may be our responsibility.

If we confirm that additional production or reproduction is required to correct a production issue, we will provide an updated delivery timeframe. For a bowling ball using Priority Delivery, the Priority Delivery fee-refund commitment in Section 16 and our Shipping Policy continues to apply.

The detailed customization and production process is described in our Customization and Production Policy.

15. Payment and Verification

You must use a payment method available through checkout.

Orders may be subject to:

  • Payment authorization;
  • Identity or fraud review;
  • Billing-information verification;
  • Payment-provider requirements; and
  • Additional information reasonably required to verify the transaction.

We may delay, reject, or cancel an order if payment is declined, reversed, unauthorized, or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.

16. Delivery Timeframes

The delivery timeframe begins on the date the order is placed.

Our standard delivery option is Free Tracked Delivery — Within 30 business days. Eligible orders using this option will be delivered within 30 business days at no additional delivery charge.

Where available at checkout, Priority Tracked Delivery — Within 18 business days is available for an additional $50 per bowling ball.

Each bowling ball using Priority Delivery is intended to be delivered within 18 business days from the order date. If a bowling ball using Priority Delivery is not delivered within 18 business days, the $50 Priority Delivery fee charged for that ball will be refunded.

If an order contains multiple bowling balls, the Priority Delivery fee and any applicable late-delivery refund are calculated separately for each bowling ball.

These delivery periods include the time required for production, quality control, fulfillment, and transportation. Production time is therefore not added on top of the stated 18-business-day or 30-business-day delivery timeframe.

Priority orders may be prioritized within our production and fulfillment workflow as needed to meet the applicable Priority Delivery timeframe.

For purposes of these delivery timeframes, business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

The same delivery timeframes apply to all supported destinations where the applicable delivery option is available at checkout.

If additional production is required to correct a confirmed production issue, we will provide an updated delivery timeframe. If a bowling ball using Priority Delivery is not delivered within 18 business days, the $50 Priority Delivery fee charged for that ball will still be refunded.

Items in the same order may be shipped separately. Separate packages or delivery dates do not change the per-ball Priority Delivery fee or the corresponding per-ball late-delivery refund.

We will communicate material delays when reasonably practicable and provide any remedy required by the applicable order terms or law.

17. Shipping, Fulfillment, Taxes, and Import Charges

Products may be produced or fulfilled by our partners in the United States or China, depending on the product, inventory, and production arrangement.

Delivery destinations, available tracked-delivery options, delivery timeframes, and applicable delivery charges are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Free Tracked Delivery does not necessarily include:

  • Import duties;
  • Customs charges;
  • Sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes;
  • Brokerage or clearance fees; or
  • Charges imposed by a government, carrier, or payment provider.

We will not add an unapproved delivery charge after purchase.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to you when we tender the shipment to the carrier. This does not eliminate non-waivable consumer rights or our responsibility for an incorrect item, incorrect tender, or misdelivery caused by our error. We do not automatically reimburse or replace a package stolen after documented correct delivery; the Shipping Policy governs investigation and available remedies.

18. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy applies to cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.

Personalized products and pre-designed bowling balls are final sale and cannot be canceled for a change of mind once ordered. For a personalized product, the order is placed when checkout payment has been accepted and the completed configuration is submitted with the order. Saving a design without checkout does not place an order.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates remedies available for:

  • A defective product;
  • A materially incorrect product;
  • Shipping damage covered by the applicable policy;
  • A product that materially differs from the specifications submitted and recorded with the order because of our production error; or
  • A right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Payment-processing deduction

Where disclosed and permitted by applicable law, if you request and we agree to issue a credit-card refund because you voluntarily cancel an order or failed to apply an available voucher or discount code, we may deduct up to 3% of the refunded amount to cover non-refundable payment-processing costs.

This deduction does not apply to a refund required because:

  • We cancel or cannot fulfill the order;
  • The product is defective or materially nonconforming;
  • We made a material order or production error; or
  • Applicable law prohibits the deduction.

The 3% payment-processing deduction and the 20% voluntary-return restocking fee will not both be applied to the same voluntary transaction. If a specific provision of our Return and Refund Policy provides greater protection or controls a particular refund situation, that specific provision applies.

19. Limited Warranty and Consumer Rights

Our product warranty is described in the Limited Warranty.

Any disclaimer concerning the Site, digital tools, or third-party services does not eliminate:

  • An express product warranty we provide;
  • A remedy promised in an applicable policy;
  • An implied warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded; or
  • Any mandatory consumer right or legal guarantee.

20. Product Use, Drilling, and Competition Approval

You are responsible for using and maintaining products safely and in accordance with applicable product-care instructions.

Bowling-ball drilling and fitting should be performed by a qualified professional. Unless expressly stated on the applicable product page, Unique Bowling does not provide drilling services.

Damage caused by improper drilling, fitting, alteration, maintenance, misuse, or work performed by a third party is separate from an unrelated original manufacturing defect.

Approval for regulated competition is product- and model-specific. A general reference to USBC approval or another certification does not mean every product, model, configuration, or weight is approved.

You should rely only on an approval statement made for the exact product and should verify eligibility with the applicable organization, league, tournament, or event when necessary.

21. Our Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, including its branding, text, graphics, product presentations, customization systems, software, layout, and other original materials, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Site for personal browsing, product customization, account use, and purchasing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from our protected content or systems without permission.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, artwork, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not transfer ownership or imply an affiliation unless expressly stated.

22. Third-Party Services and Saved Designs

The Site may use or link to third-party services, applications, payment tools, shipping services, customization tools, or websites.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control or guarantee their independent content, availability, privacy practices, or performance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to:

  • The Site;
  • Digital product previews;
  • Saved designs;
  • Wishlist functions;
  • Sharing links;
  • Customer accounts; or
  • Every customization or website function.

Saved designs and sharing links are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed to serve as permanent storage. You should keep copies of original photographs and artwork.

A temporary interruption of a website feature does not eliminate our obligations concerning a product or service we have accepted and are legally required to provide.

23. Privacy and Shopify

Our collection and processing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify may process personal information when you visit the Site, interact with the store, or complete a purchase.

Depending on the services enabled for our store, Shopify may provide enhanced services based on interactions with this store, Shopify, and other participating merchants, subject to applicable privacy requirements and your available choices.

Additional information is available through:

24. Suspension and Termination

We may refuse service, suspend access, cancel affected orders, terminate an account, or remove stored content when reasonably necessary because of:

  • A serious or repeated violation of these Terms;
  • Fraud or suspected unauthorized activity;
  • A security threat;
  • Infringing or unlawful content;
  • Abuse of the Site or Services;
  • Payment reversal or misuse; or
  • A legal or regulatory requirement.

Where reasonably practicable, we may notify you of the action.

If we cancel an order and do not provide the applicable product, we will refund the amount paid for the unprovided product, subject to lawful deductions and the applicable refund policy.

We do not guarantee permanent retention of account content, saved designs, previews, or sharing links following suspension or termination.

25. Website Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site, online customization tools, saved-design functions, and other digital features are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will operate continuously or without technical errors;
  • Every digital feature will always be available;
  • A saved design or sharing link will remain available indefinitely; or
  • Third-party services will operate without interruption.

This disclaimer applies to website and digital-service availability. It does not replace product warranties, order commitments, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unique Bowling and Linxora LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential commercial losses arising solely from the use of or inability to use the Site or its digital services, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data.

This limitation does not exclude or limit liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Intentional misconduct;
  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded;
  • A product obligation or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded;
  • A mandatory consumer remedy; or
  • Any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

27. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unique Bowling, Linxora LLC, and the service providers involved in fulfilling your order from third-party claims, reasonable losses, liabilities, and legal costs directly arising from:

  • Content you submitted without the required rights or permissions;
  • Your unlawful use of the Site or a customized product;
  • Your intentional or material violation of these Terms; or
  • Your infringement of another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or production error.

28. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact us at support@uniquebowling.com so that we can try to resolve the concern.

The Wyoming governing-law provision does not deprive a consumer of mandatory rights, protections, courts, or dispute remedies available under applicable law in the consumer’s place of residence.

To the extent permitted by law, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over disputes arising from these Terms or a purchase. This provision does not deprive a consumer of a mandatory local forum, protection, or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time.

The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. By continuing to use the Site after revised Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Updated Terms apply prospectively. An update does not retroactively remove rights attached to an order already accepted or rewrite a specific commitment made for an existing order.

When required by law, we will provide additional notice of a material change.

30. General Provisions

No partnership or agency

These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Unique Bowling.

Assignment

We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the business, provided the assignment does not eliminate rights that applicable law does not permit us to remove.

You may not transfer your obligations under these Terms without our written permission where the transfer would materially affect the order or Services.

No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, the applicable product description, the accepted order, the submitted design or product configuration recorded with the order, and the policies referenced in these Terms form the agreement governing your purchase and use of the Services.

31. Order of Priority

If documents governing a transaction conflict, the following order applies to the extent relevant:

  1. Mandatory applicable law;
  2. A specific written commitment expressly agreed for the individual order;
  3. The accepted order and submitted design or product configuration recorded with the order;
  4. A specific product description or policy governing the particular issue;
  5. These general Terms.

A specific policy, such as the Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Limited Warranty, or Customization and Production Policy, controls the particular subject it addresses.
