House Ball Use: Not intended for shared or rental use as a bowling-center house ball. Damage from this use is excluded from the limited product warranty, subject to the published warranty terms and applicable law.
Manufacturing and Color Notice: A visible seam may appear where printed sections meet. Its visibility varies with the design and manufacturing process. Screen settings, lighting and printing may cause slight differences in color and image appearance.

Priority Tracked Delivery: Need it sooner? Upgrade to Priority Delivery for an additional $50 per bowling ball and receive your order within 18 business days. If a bowling ball using Priority Delivery is not delivered within 18 business days, the $50 Priority Delivery fee charged for that ball will be refunded.
Production & Quality Control: Due to the specialized manufacturing process required for custom bowling balls, production and quality control typically take approximately 15–20 business days to complete.
Production Update: Within 15 business days of placing your order, we’ll provide photos and/or a video showing your custom bowling ball in production or completed, so you can follow its progress. No action is required, and production and shipment will continue as scheduled.
Delivery Timeframe: The delivery timeframe begins on the date your order is placed and includes production, quality control, fulfillment, and transportation. If additional production is required to correct a confirmed production issue, we will provide an updated delivery timeframe.
Delivery Coverage: The same delivery timeframes apply to all supported destinations available at checkout.

30-Day Return Policy: Standard, non-custom items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
