Technical Specifications
All bowling balls are shipped undrilled. For the best fit, please visit your local Pro Shop for professional drilling.
All bowling balls are USBC approved and are commonly used as spare balls.
These balls are not recommended for use as house balls in bowling centers. If used as house balls, the warranty on the ball will be withdrawn.
Notice:
Due to the manufacturing process, bowling balls and pins may contain a visible seam. Seam visibility may vary depending on the design.
Free Tracked Delivery: Your order will be delivered within 30 business days at no additional delivery charge.
Priority Tracked Delivery: Need it sooner? Upgrade to Priority Delivery for an additional $50 per bowling ball and receive your order within 18 business days. If a bowling ball using Priority Delivery is not delivered within 18 business days, the $50 Priority Delivery fee charged for that ball will be refunded.
Production & Quality Control: Due to the specialized manufacturing process required for custom bowling balls, production and quality control typically take approximately 15–20 business days to complete.
Production Update: Within 15 business days of placing your order, we’ll provide photos and/or a video showing your custom bowling ball in production or completed, so you can follow its progress. No action is required, and production and shipment will continue as scheduled.
Delivery Timeframe: The delivery timeframe begins on the date your order is placed and includes production, quality control, fulfillment, and transportation. If additional production is required to correct a confirmed production issue, we will provide an updated delivery timeframe.
Delivery Coverage: The same delivery timeframes apply to all supported destinations available at checkout.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
30-Day Return Policy: Standard, non-custom items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Custom Products: Due to their personalized nature, custom balls are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: Contact support@uniquebowling.com immediately with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
